Privacy Policy

This policy outlines the extent of FindSourse’s responsibility and liability for interactions, contracts, and outcomes between users (“Clients”) and service providers (“Freelancers”) listed on our directory platform.

Our Role as a Directory

FindSourse operates strictly as an Introductory Directory Platform. Our primary and sole function is to facilitate connections by listing Freelancer profiles and contact information, making it easier for Clients to discover potential service providers.

FindSourse is not a marketplace, agent, or intermediary. We do not engage in, supervise, or control the execution of the project, contract terms, payments, or the quality of work performed by any Freelancer.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Responsibility

By using the FindSourse directory, you expressly agree and acknowledge the following limitations of our liability:

1. No Responsibility for Project Outcomes

  • Quality of Work: Any dissatisfaction with the quality, completeness, or timeliness of work delivered by a Freelancer.
  • Non-Performance: Failure of a Freelancer to deliver the agreed-upon services or failure of a Client to pay a Freelancer.
  • Losses and Damages: Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption caused by the actions, inactions, or negligence of a Freelancer or Client.

2. No Responsibility for Financial Transactions or Contracts

FindSourse does not handle payments, contracts, or negotiations. We are not responsible for any disputes related to:

  • Payment Issues: Non-payment, delayed payment, or disputes over invoices between the Client and the Freelancer.
  • Contractual Breaches: Any breach or enforcement of the terms and conditions agreed upon between the Client and the Freelancer.

3. User Due Diligence and Assumption of Risk

Clients and Freelancers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verification, and risk assessment before entering into any agreement.

  • Client Responsibility: The Client must independently examine, interview, and verify the credentials, experience, and suitability of any Freelancer. The Client assumes full and sole risk for engaging with any Freelancer found on our directory.
  • Freelancer Profiles: While we aim for accurate listings, FindSourse makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any information or portfolio content provided by a Freelancer.
